Nadia Fontana

Nadia Fontana is Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Diasorin Group. She graduated with honors in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, earned a PhD in Commercial Law, and completed international business training programs at institutions in the United States.

A Certified Public Accountant since 1987 and listed in the Register of Legal Auditors since 1995, she has over thirty years of experience in tax, corporate and audit advisory for Italian and international groups. From 2003 to 2022, she was Senior Partner at the Tax and Legal Firm within the Deloitte & Touche network.

She has held and currently holds positions on the Boards of Statutory Auditors of major listed and unlisted companies, including Moncler S.p.A., Technoprobe S.p.A., Terna Rete Italia, Belmond Hotels & Resorts (LVMH Group), OSIT, and Illimity Bank, where she also serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Supervisory Body.

She is an expert in Corporate Governance, ESG, extraordinary transactions, internal control and risk management. A lecturer and speaker in training courses for board members and statutory auditors, she serves as Vice Chair of the “Board of Statutory Auditors” Commission of the Rome Association of Chartered Accountants and is a member of technical committees at the National Council of Chartered Accountants (CNDCEC).
She is fluent in English and has international professional experience.
