Because each product may have specific storage requirements, the IFU and label are always the reference source.
To store Diasorin reagents correctly, you should:
- Follow exactly the temperature range printed on the label (e.g. 2–8 °C or 15–30 °C, depending on the product).
- Keep reagents in their original bottles or packaging, unopened until use.
- Do not freeze reagents or cassettes unless explicitly allowed in the IFU.
- Do not use reagents beyond their expiration date.
For any doubt, consult the IFU, SDS or your local Diasorin representative.
Each Diasorin and Luminex instrument has user maintenance and some instrument require service maintenance. Please reference the instrument User Manual for information on maintenance requirements or contact Technical Support with questions.
Diasorin and Luminex products require different calibration criteria and quality control criteria. Please refer to the assay IFU for information on how the calibration is performed. Many of Diasorin assays have internal controls available and are compatible with 3rd party controls; reference the product IFU’s for more details.
