Monica Tardivo

Board Member

Monica Tardivo has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Diasorin Group since 2016. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Turin and has served as a notary since 2011, following her success in the National Examination in 2009.

She practices as a notary in Turin and is a founding partner of PTG Notai, an associated notarial firm with Francesco Pene Vidari and Giovanni Giunipero of Corteranzo.

Throughout her career, she has held various institutional and academic roles, including Independent Board Member of Italia Independent Group S.p.A., Banca del Piemonte S.p.A., and Diasorin S.p.A., as well as member of the Governing Board of the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions "Bruno Caccia e Fulvio Croce" at the University of Turin.
