Transparency Obligations

The Code of Ethics of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici requires that the participating companies publish each year on their websites the valute transfer performed directly to Health Care Professional, Health Care Organization and third parties as donation, grant, sponsorship for the organization of events, travel and hospitality and consideration due for consultancy and research and development.

The disclosure of Transfers of Value (“TOV”) from the enterprises to the Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and other Third Parties (TPI) it is an important step to provide more transparency on the interaction with HCO and HCP.
